How long does it take to get my photos delivered?
After your session, the turnaround time for editing is approximately 3 business days. You will receive a link to download a custom mobile app with a few favorites from the session plus a link to a private online gallery.
How do I get my products to you?
Once you schedule your photo session date, you can ship your products to our offices. Products should arrive 7 days in advance of your session to ensure all products arrived safely.
What happens to my products after my session?
If you'd like your products returned, please include a return shipping label and I'll send them back as soon as the shoot is finished. You can also choose to have me donate them or hold onto them for a future session.
